No, no, no. Just about every modded Anglia has them on - you'll be suggesting RS four spokes next...................

Now you come to mention four spokes... There is a company doing repro's and they do a wide one for the rear with a deep dish...Was thinking about them for the 100e....

Jon has put some hours in this weekend, i went down today to give him a hand Axle out All the front end out Everything gone Hit a problem with the rear axle, took the escort axle out and offered up the axle jon cut out of a 105e anglia saloon many years ago.... And it seems the leaf springs must be narrower on the saloon than they are on the van And we arnt really sure if there is enough axle left to just move the sprin seats outwards

I didn't think about it when you said about putting an Anglia axle back I assumed that you were using a van one with the RS diff the Anglia saloon & estate axle is 43" and an Anglia Van axle is 46" that is the casing width of course. Can only assume that the extra width was to increase load space and thats why the dampers are mounted completely different to the saloon
Are we searching for a Van casing now???

Is that muck on the end of the axle Mark? or is it the seam for the end mounting flange?

Did you measure the axle your putting in?
I'll measure the one that I've just taken out tomorrow...
