Ok here goes...If the piks don't work then i'm buggered if i know whats going on lol The 29 dodge was picked up as a body only.I have fabricated a chassis and fitted a 4" dropped axle, single spring with pete and jakes shocks.King bee chrome head lights alloy radiator The motor is a 283 chev with tripple 94 strombergs on an old Fenton speed equipment manifold...A h.e.i Mag for ignition Ive fitted electric windows a etc as original dodge stuff is as rare as rocking horse poo over here There is a 2004 ford rear end L.S.D with disks...4 bar and airbags (to keep the low ride height) Well my fingers are bleeding now,its the cooks car (wife) so the interior is going to be prestene Tuck and roll (color to be decided) the outside is finished we will just "age" the sign writing and Matt clear the whole job once its done Then theres MY project lol but thats a whole different story Gav

Way cool, gorgeous rod. As a matter of interest, how do you guys go on with the left hand drive/right hand drive thing? Is it mandatory RHD or are you like us, can have either? I gather in Oz it has to be RHD, no exceptions.

Not too sure about those wheels,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
Don't know why, but i think they'd look better on an Impala, or maybe even a 1965 Oldsmobile

Hey...The left hand drive rules over here are pretty relaxed anything older than 20yrs can remain LHD....the land transport authority are allowing 500 new LHD cars a year into NZ but the have to be a special edition...Like a "shelby mustang" or "Yenko" G.M which is only a sticker or basic paperwork saying the cars special As for the roof..i was looking at chopping it but have decided not to,it would make the head room uncomfortable and it is only the wifeys family car.... will post up some close ups of the engine etc over the weekend Gav
