Got a full 'cut out' (door-to-door) Anglia dash with speedo pod, glove box, heater controls, switches etc.that I'm more than happy to donate. Could easily be narrowed. Also Corsair/Cortina round Smith's speedo & rev counter somewhere in the cave.

Hi everyone sorry it's been a long time since we did any work on the tot rod, but dads been busy and I had my SATs at school last week. Today we measured the body and cut some steel to make a chassis. The steel is 40mm square box. Dad welded the back part, then tried it under the car, then we made the centre part. Then we needed to mount the axle so we cut some supports and welded them in. Then we fitted the axle.

After that we test fitted the body and found where to put the engine. Then welded some engine mounting bars into the chassis and fitted the engine. Attachments:

As you can see when the body is on it all fits nicely now. The next job is to make the front of the chassis, and fit the steering, but dad says he needs to work out what to do to get it right, so after that I will make another update. See you all soon, Will
