Look at you TWO ENTERANCE TRUMAN...........guess all mansions have two mmmmm. Yes agree with Mark the BCO will want too see the footings before the slab goes in also he might look at the agregate you use just make sure theres no waste mixed in. Would love to come up and help but not sure I'm quite ready for graft yet, guess I could be foreman and tea maker

I had to have Building regs for the last garage and we met all the criteria.... But yes they will want to see it at every stage....

Yes Mick, I picked up my reinforcing steel off ebay, Usually its £75+vat.I got it for £27.50 a sheet...bargain..
I know your only joking. Tempted to go spread some mud on the local fields, there seems to be tonnes of it...
Oh well it'll be fine when its done.
