Drive it blowing. I had mine fit twice by that dodgy delta motors place, and we still cant get it to seal. I put it down to aftermarket parts and the exhaust system not quite being the same shape as it once was

That's what I was going to say, 'weld it'! Is it a 4 into 1 mild steel one?

At the moment its a cast manifold with a gasket and a steel down pipe ....
I do have an RS2000 four branch but I would have to modify the hand brake and the steering to fit it and as it is at the moment funds are short and I want to use the car not have it in pieces...

I've never been able to find an exhaust sealing product that really works, It always seems to come away after a day or two. Then I saw a guy in an exhaust shop using some product out of a skeleton gun, don't know what it was but it worked. I now realise this is eff all use as I can't remember what it was called. Please excuse me, I've had a glass of wine. I'd better keep off eBay...

Get some JB weld mixed up... But you will have to bray it off when it comes to removal

High temperature silicone Mark, I'll have a look tomoz at work what the brand is. We usually have no problems with it, but bare in mind its a sealant and not a gap fixer.... Flash the reason why your exhaust blows is because you've scraped it on the ground that many times its all out of shape and has no chance of sealing.....
