Keep up the hard work Charlie,Looks like your building two cars at the moment... Did you put the bolt into the nut to stop any weld spatter damaging the thread???

Simple job then just a plug in kit mmmmmmmmmm why's it taking so long. Lights thats a start, engine fire sorry I do mean when will the engine start. Seriously nice one boys I would not tackle that

We have lights Your just doing what Charlie did with his washer pump... Connect a battery up with a couple of wires... Like bomber said when's the fire up day? Cheers marcus

Connect a battery up with a couple of wires... ...that is generally how elecronics work No chance of it starting up, i cant get the started motor to spin. It might have died on me

Difficult with only one terminal on it. Earths through the block and the block has a good earth. 12V coming down the cable from the solanoid, just isnt spinning
Going to take it off and test it with some jump leads, i susspect that its dead

Mark unless it's an old inertia type then it must have a small wire to energise the solonoid
