When's the trial fit of the motor? Are you still concerned about the space now the upper brace has been taken out

it will fit im sure ;D just can see the upper wishbones getting close to headers maybe? . I will get the motor back toghether over this next couple of weeks and then we will see. Gonna get the pop home this weekend.

Well had a few more hours in the workshop the last couple of days. Got the body unbolted and removed. added a couple of tubes to tie in the outer rails to the new chassis. I will next be building up the engine so that I can get it mocked up in the chassis. I want to keep the motor as far forward as poss so that I can use the rear seats. also beefed up a couple of the origional bearers to keep a bit more of the origional layout. Once I have the engine mounts sorted I will get the chassis shotblasted and then I will box in the pop outriggers and add some more strength, the floor will also be 1.5mm steel welded in. front kick up all beefed up and top cross member removed Mick
