Well Marcus I did say this morning that I was going to get my head together ... Well The head was totaly stripped down and given a good clean, the valves were cleaned and reground and I managed to buy a new standard camshaft very cheeeep as well as a new oil spray bar,Then fitted her altogether with new gaskets and oil seals.. Next is to fit all new studs then refit to the block...

Good progress there Mark.Just one question. Is that a new cam to you or a brand new cam???
It just looks like its got wear marks on it, or is that because you've turned it over by hand the oil has come off the cam??
Cheers Marcus
