Back in the Garage..... First job was too make a plate and weld it into place on the seat bulk head.... Because the floor inclines upwards as it gets close to the seat base I had to make a short piece of tunnel to make up the gap.... ;D Next job was to cut and shape the main tunnel peice... Next step is to drill and screw this peice down and then make th last bit of the jigsaw.... Cheers Marcus

THanks for that Mark..I hope he'll respect it but use it well... Just a little update today because I was so so busy yesterday.... I managed to tack the template into place so that I can make the other pieces of the jigsaw, I'll then make all the remaining pieces in 1.2mm steel.... Cheers Marcus

Trust you..... It was easier to flatten it to trim it, I also needed it quite flat to fold the edges properly.....Once it had been curved once, it seemed to re-take the shape again quite easily... Unfortunatly we are not all blessed with your really OLD wise skills.... ;D
