So you will have seen Marcus's post about the truck he bought and imported from California earlier this year. i went with him to pick it up a few weeks back and decided i had to have it So here it is sat in the sun at the other side of the pond And picking it up from Chatham What we thought was a rip in the seat cover from the photos, wasnt. I might have prefered it to be a rip to be honest

Pick up is lovely mate but can't help thinking the Mustang kinda suits you It looked a bit too good to break, what are you doing with the rest of it? Cheers Ken

Cheers Ken It is faaar too good to break, more works on this one that on mine! But the colour combo is gash, it was too cheap to turn down unfortunately and it was just what i wanted for the drivetrain. Dave Smith of American Car Mag is taking the shell off me and i think he is going to drop a 2.3 mustang 4 pot in it that he has laid around.

Big time scale. Going to stay as it is until after the lakes next year, will just have to tow a petrol tanker
Might have a mid to late summer strip down next year and crack on with front and rear susspension and drivetrain.
Paint will be long time after that, drive it around with primer patches until im sure ive finished external welding and bodywork mods

truck looks tidy mark. bit of an ugly duck but I'm sure when your done with the stance it will look the nuts. what mpg are you expecting from the new lump? will the new engine and axle slot straight in?
