MADE A COUPLE OF SMALL BRACKETS FROM THE 100E COLUMN MOUNT AND FITTED A MINI DROP BRACKET

USED THE SMALL SHAFT AND WELDED IT INTO THE BOTTOM OF THE MINI COLUMN, THIS THEN GOES THROUGH A 15MM PLUMBER BLOCK MOUNTED TO THE FLOOR
ON THE OTHER SIDE I HAVE FITTED 1 JOINT TO THE RACK AND THE OTHER TO THE STEERING SHAFT, MEASURED BETWEEN AND CUT THE LONG SHAFT DOWN THEN WELDED IT TO ONE OF THE JOINTS, THIS IS IT FITTED
NOW THE BRAKE AND CLUTCH PEDALS, HAD TO CUT A PIECE OUT OF THE COLUMN MOUNT TO GET SOME BOLTS IN. ALL WILL COME CLEAR LATER.
KNOCKED THE PIN OUT OF THE ORIGINAL PEDAL MOUNT
MOUNTED IT BACK UP TO SEE WHERE THE PEDAL SITS AND IT'S A BIT HIGH FOR ME
SO I CUT A STRIP OF 6MM PLATE AND EXTENDED THE PEDAL
NOW THE CLUTCH PEDAL, CUZ I'M GOING CABLE I NEED TO MAKE A BRACKET TO HOLD IT, THIS WILL FIT OVER THE ORIGINAL MASTER CYLINDER HOLE
THIS WAY I CAN USE STANDARD A CABLE, IN MY CASE A CAPRI ONE
BECAUSE THE PEDAL PUSHED A ROD BEFORE, I NOW NEED IT TO PULL SO I HAVE WELDED A BIT ON THE END TO ACCOMODATE THE CABLE AND RE-SHAPED THE PEDAL AS IT WAS TOO CLOSE TO MY GEARBOX TUNNEL
I THEN MADE A DROP BRACKET WITH A BRACE ON IT, (THIS WILL BE BOLTED TO THE UNDERSIDE IF THE ORIGINAL BRAKE MOUNT) AND DRILLED THROUGH THE SIDE OF THE BULKHEAD
WITH A BOLT PUSHED THROUGH THE HOLE THIS WILL BE THE NEW MOUNT FOR THE CLUTCH PEDAL
ALL TACKED UP FOR NOW BUT WILL BE FULLY WELDED LATER
GOT A NEW SPEEDO CABLE MADE
I NEED IT, AND THE HEATER PIPES TO GO THROUGH THE BULKHEAD AT THE SAME PLACE, COULDN'T FIND ANY GROMETS TO DO THIS ,SO I MADE MY OWN. THIS IS WHERE THEY ARE GOING THROUGH
MADE AN ALI COVER AND A GROMET FROM SOME SHEET RUBBER
ALL IT NEEDS IS SCREWING ON.
